About Healthy Mind Life Centre
We are a non Profit organization. Dedicated to helping address gaps in Thailand’s Mental Health services by providing easy access, to a long list of services in a culturally friendly Support System for those needing to learn how to find help. Cover every thing from self-help books, education classes, therapy, medical Healthcare doctors, nutritionists, mindfulness or using technology to get those in need a compassionate and appropriate reply with hope as quickly as possible.
We are creating a large library of Mental health related Documentation in “Thai friendly” literature. We intend to create an online and in-person presentations similar to the Expat meetings, with influential Thai adults that are either mental health experts or recovered mental health clients. Posting these activities online will help build our community.

We are NOT associated with NGOs, Foreign Government Agencies, or Foreigner organizations of any type. We have no staff members which supports foreign agendas or are receiving funding from foreign organizations.

Helping those at most Risk
Our primary focus will be the Thai young adults. Ages 15 to 30, this is the group most at risk of mental health concerns.
Online chat to support those in needing to improve their mental health. To this end, we are developing a phone application to reach the younger adults. While we are developing a website that is mobile device friendly.
